There are many science fiction conventions held around the world, so it would be difficult for me to list them all. But more than likely there is one near you at some point during the year. So I made you a list! If you don’t see one near you, feel free to come back and check again later, because I’m going to keep updating this. Some of the well-known science fiction conventions include:

San Diego Comic-Con
This is a large, annual convention held in San Diego, California that focuses on comic books, science fiction, fantasy, and other popular arts. It attracts more than 130,000 attendees each year and is one of the longest-running and most popular conventions of its kind.

Dragon Con
This is a large, annual convention held in Atlanta, Georgia that focuses on science fiction, fantasy, gaming, and other popular arts. It attracts more than 100,000 attendees each year and is known for its large and diverse programming schedule.

Worldcon
This is an annual convention held in a different city each year that is organized by the World Science Fiction Society. It is one of the longest-running and most prestigious science fiction conventions and is known for its focus on literary science fiction.

Comic-Con International
This is a large, annual convention held in San Diego, California that focuses on comic books, science fiction, fantasy, and other popular arts. It is one of the largest and most popular conventions of its kind in the world.

Gen Con
This is a large, annual convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana that focuses on tabletop gaming, role-playing games, card games, and other types of gaming. It is one of the largest gaming conventions in the world.

Comic-Con International
This is a large, annual convention held in San Diego, California that focuses on comic books, science fiction, fantasy, and other popular arts. It is one of the largest and most popular conventions of its kind in the world.

PAX
This is a series of annual conventions held in various cities around the world that focus on video gaming, tabletop gaming, and other types of gaming.

Anime Expo
This is a large, annual convention held in Los Angeles, California that focuses on anime, manga, and other aspects of Japanese culture. It is one of the largest conventions of its kind in the United States.

GeekGirlCon
This is a science fiction convention held annually in Seattle, Washington that focuses on promoting and celebrating the achievements of women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

EasterCon
This is an annual science fiction convention held in the United Kingdom that is organized by the British Science Fiction Association. It is one of the oldest and most well-established science fiction conventions in the UK.

Finncon
This is an annual science fiction convention held in Finland that is organized by the Finnish Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association. It is one of the largest science fiction conventions in the Nordic countries.

Odyssey Con
This is an annual science fiction convention held in Madison, Wisconsin that is organized by the Madison Science Fiction Society. It is a small, community-oriented convention that is known for its friendly atmosphere and focus on science fiction and fantasy literature.

Confusion
This is an annual science fiction convention held in Detroit, Michigan that is organized by the Detroit Science Fiction Society. It is a mid-sized convention that is known for its focus on science fiction and fantasy literature, as well as its diverse programming schedule.

Capricon
